By using codezotic.com or engaging Codezotic for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide web design and development services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal. Payment terms, including any deposit and milestone payments, are set out in the proposal or invoice.

Revisions

Revisions within the agreed scope are included while the project is in development. Requests that change the scope are handled as a new quote.

Client content

You are responsible for the content, images and brand assets you provide and confirm you have the right to use them.

Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables. We may reference the project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Codezotic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our services.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
